Booking Policy

General terms:

  1. The total booking amount displayed on the website or generated Invoice is inclusive of all applicable government taxes.
  2. You have to pay the total cost of the booking amount to receive the confirmation of your booking.
  3. We recommend you to refer to the terms & conditions before making a booking.
  4. All the services, hotels, resorts, and related services issued to the guests shall additionally be governed under the terms & conditions of the respective property you have booked your dates with.
  5. By accepting our booking terms, you agree to terms & conditions of the respective property you are booking the services with.
  6. We charge a non-refundable convenience fee for the booking per passenger and for the complete tour per passenger, which shall be as per our internal management’s discretion. The same shall be displayed to the passenger at the time of booking. This is over and above the total price.
  7. A printed copy of the e-ticket, e-ticket display on any electronic device or a hard copy of the booking sheet or voucher must be presented at the time of entry into the property.
  8. It is mandatory to carry government recognized photo identification (ID) along with your e-ticket, e-ticket display and/or hard copy of the ticket. This can include: driving license, passport, PAN card, voter ID card or any other ID issued by the Government of India. For infant passengers, it is mandatory to carry the date of birth certificate.
  9. We will not be responsible for any change in the flight schedule/ flight cancellations/ stand byes due to any overbooking made by the airline and check in to the property will be delayed by andy circumstances after the issuance of your tickets. We recommend that you to reconfirm your flight schedule 24 hours prior to your flight departure with the airline directly.
  10. You agree to receive transactional calls/sms by using our services.

Amendment policy:

  1. Every bookings /booked property on our website is subject to amendment fee charged. our charges towards such amendments, which may differ with property to property and booking packages and its class of the property.
  2. You can amend/change your bookings by emailing us at 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrivals.
  3. If you wish to amend/change your tours/ booking  in less than 48 hours of your scheduled departure than, please call us at +91 (966) 22 33 211 or directly get in touch with emails. Only Emails and written request through registered email address will be accepted with the valid reason. Any other form of communications (WhatsApp or Text SMS) won’t be entertained.
  4. All bookings made through us, can also be amended by us. Other related services and connected bookings/ tickets won’t be tentertained.
  5. Some booked fares may not be amended depending on the policies of the property of the different regions.
  6. If you wish to amend/ alter/modify or change your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However, if the amended fare/ rates/ cost of the packages is lower than the earlier booked fare/ rates/ cost, difference in the amount will not be refunded, but the re-booking charges will be collected at the time of making the amendment.
  7. Apart from the amendment fee, we charge an additional amendment processing fee, per passenger, which shall be as per our internal management’s discretion.

Note:

Payment Policies:

  • To confirm the booking need to make 50% advance payment and 50% 15 days before of arrival dates.
  • All reservations requests will be tentative unless accompanied by 100% advance payment.

Refund Policy: The refund process will take place in 10-12 working days. Guests need to provide bank detail along with written cancellation through a registered email address. Bank Charges/ channel charges will be applicable.

In the case of Cancellations/ Amendments: Please note that in case of cancellation or amendments of bookings for any reason, the percentage of the total booking amount mentioned as below will be deducted from advance/ will have to be paid in case the advance has not been deposited.

  • Free Cancellation if cancelled more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
  • 50% retention charges of Total Price, if cancelled Less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival (but More than 15 days).
  • 100% retention charges, if cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.
  • Change in guest / guests names would be treated as Cancellation.
  • Reducing the length of stay on arrival will attract retention/ penalty charges for full length stay.
  • Cancellation upon Arrival/ No-show/ Early Departure/ Change of Dates/ Partial Cancellation will be treated as Cancellation. No refund will be given, 100% retention will be chargeable.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Subject to Bhuj Jurisdiction
  • Company only acts as an agent of the hotel concerned and bears no responsibility.
  • This voucher is issued irrevocable for the period specified and the client is responsible for late arrival & early departure.
  • Our company is not responsible for any illness, loss damage, theft, injury, death etc.
  • No Refund would be made for any reason what so ever unless we have stamped original Voucher signed by the hotel clearly stating that refunds should be made.
  • All refunds will be made after charging suitable communication charges.
  • All Cancellations/ amendment will be applicable as per the hotel rules.
  • As per government rules it is mandatory for Indian nationals to show government approved photo id (expect PAN card) like passport, driving license, aadhar card and passport must for foreign nationals.

Refund policy:

  1. You have to inform us for your refund of bookings made by us, as the respective property/ service provider will not be able to process your refund.
  2. You have to inform us for cancellations made directly with the property. You can do that by either emailing us at or calling us within 48 hours of the cancellation, with valid documentations to initiate the refund process by us.
  3. We shall be in a position to process customer refunds against booking only if the same have been refunded by the respective property.
  4. There will be no refund for ‘no shows’ or any partially unused services.
  5. No refunds will be made on the ‘Non-refundable’ fares.
  6. Any convenience fee paid by you for one-way transport and for round trip, paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee and same shall be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation requests.
  7. Processing time for cancellations and refund requests vary.
  8. The average refund procedure takes 10-15 working days. However, the refund amount will show in your account between 3-15 working days.
  9. For partially utilized services, the refund will take anytime between 25 working days to 6 months depending on the property policies.
  10. If the international booking is cancelled directly with the property, the refund process will take anytime between 15 days to 6 months depending on the processing time and applicable policies declared by them.
  11. If you have done a ‘check-in’ with other property, you have to get in touch with them directly for refunds. We will not be able to refund the amount.
  12. We will only be able to initiate your refund after receiving a receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the respective authority of the property.
  13. Promo code discount and other discounts provided at the time of bookings will be deducted from the refund amount.
  14. The refund amount will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made for credit cards, debit cards and net banking.
  15. The mode of payment for any refunds shall be in the same mode as payment received for the booking. We do not refund in cash mode.

Apart from the above mentioned terms & conditions, we recommend you to check the respective service providers terms and conditions you are booking your property with.

TOUR de Serenity is a tours and travels service provider to simplify the end consumers travel service needs. We are not responsible for any airlines delay and default in the ticket or packages cost or hotels/ resorts/ stays refund procedure due to the uncertain turbulence in the global disturbance in hospitality/ aviation/ service industry. We can initiate the refund process only if the same have been refunded by the respective service providers.
