Booking Policy

General terms:

  1. The total airfare amount displayed on the website is inclusive of all applicable government taxes.
  2. You have to pay the total cost of the air ticket to receive the confirmation of your domestic air ticket booking.
  3. We recommend you to refer to the airline terms & conditions before making a booking.
  4. All domestic air tickets issued to the passenger shall additionally be governed under the terms & conditions of the respective airline you have booked your air tickets with.
  5. By accepting our booking terms, you agree to terms & conditions of the respective airline you are booking the air ticket with.
  6. We charge a non-refundable convenience fee for one-way domestic flight booking per passenger and for round trip domestic flights per passenger, which shall be as per our internal management’s discretion. The same shall be displayed to the passenger at the time of booking. This is over and above the total air-ticket price.
  7. A printed copy of the e-ticket, e-ticket display on any electronic device or a hard copy of the ticket must be presented at the time of entry into the airport.
  8. It is mandatory to carry government recognized photo identification (ID) along with your e-ticket, e-ticket display and/or hard copy of the ticket. This can include: driving license, passport, PAN card, voter ID card or any other ID issued by the Government of India. For infant passengers, it is mandatory to carry the date of birth certificate.
  9. We will not be responsible for any change in the flight schedule/ flight cancellations/ stand byes due to any overbooking made by the airline after the issuance of your domestic air ticket. We recommend that you to reconfirm your flight schedule 24 hours prior to your flight departure with the airline directly.
  10. You agree to receive transactional calls/sms by using our services.

Check-in terms:

  1. As per the standard airline rules, check-in time for domestic flight begins 2 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight and shall close 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. However, this shall vary as per airport to airport and per airlines.
  2. The airline may reserve the right to cancel a customer’s reservation if he/she does not comply with the check-in timelines.
  3. For domestic departures from any international airport terminals, the check-in time is 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the flight.
  4. You will need your boarding pass to go through airport security and any other documents as may be specified by the respective airline you are booking the air ticket with.
  5. To avoid ‘No-show’, we recommend that you should check-in at least 2 hours’ prior the scheduled departure of Air India and Air India Express and other domestic flights.
  6. Airlines assign seats based on availability and customer preferences. We send your seat request to the airline, but cannot guarantee you will receive the seats you requested. Additional payment may be charged by the airline for seat allocations.
  7. We shall not be responsible for your missing a flight due to any non-compliance on your part of the above terms and conditions and any security policies of International airport authority of India.

Infant air-fares terms:

  1. Infants must be accompanied by an adult of at least 18 years of age.
  2. To benefit from the infant fares offered by airlines, an infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire journey including onward and return flights. If the infant is above 24 months of age during the return journey, you will have to make a separate booking using a child fare.
  3. Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is less than two years old.

Amendment policy:

  1. Every domestic airline ticket booked on our website is subject to amendment fee charged by the airline and our charges towards such amendments, which may differ with flight and booking class.
  2. You can amend/change your domestic air ticket bookings by calling us or emailing us at 24 hours prior to your scheduled domestic flight departure.
  3. If you wish to amend/change your domestic air ticket booking in less than 24 hours of your scheduled departure than, please call us at +91 9333893338 or directly get in touch with the respective airline. Emails or any other form of communications won’t be entertained.
  4. All bookings made through us, can also be amended by calling up your respective airline call centre directly.
  5. Some booked fares may not be amended depending on the airline’s policy.
  6. If you wish to amend/ alter/modify or change your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However, if the amended fare is lower than the earlier booked fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded, but the re-booking charges will be collected at the time of making the amendment.
  7. Apart from the airline’s amendment fee, we charge an additional amendment processing fee, per passenger, which shall be as per our internal management’s discretion.

Cancellation policy:

  1. Every domestic air ticket booked on our website is subject to cancellation charges levied by the respective airline and our charges towards the same, which may vary by flight and booking class.
  2. Some domestic air fares booked may be non-refundable as per the respective airline policy.
  3. For any cancellations prior to 24 hours of your scheduled flight departure, or email us at. We shall not be accountable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium.
  4. There will be no-refund for ‘no-shows’ or any partially unused flights.
  5. We will levy applicable charges per passenger for domestic air ticket cancellation. This fee will be over and above the airline cancellation charges.
  6. If you have done a ‘web/tele check-in’ with the airline, you have to get in touch with the airline for cancellation. We will not be able to cancel the domestic air ticket in this case.

Refund policy:

  1. You have to contact us for your domestic air ticket refund for bookings made by us, as the respective airline will not be able to process your refund.
  2. You have to inform us for cancellations made directly with the airline. You can do that by either emailing or by calling us within 48 hours of the cancellation, with valid documentations to initiate the refund process by us failing which we will not be able to process your refund.
  3. We shall be in a position to process customer refunds against domestic flight tickets only if the same have been refunded by the respective airline.
  4. Any convenience fee paid by you for one-way domestic flight and for round trip domestic flights, paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee and same shall be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation requests.
  5. Processing time for cancellations and refund requests may vary.
  6. The average refund procedure takes 3 working days. However, the refund amount will show in your account between 3-15 working days.
  7. If you have done a ‘web/tele check-in’ with the airline, you have to get in touch with the airline for refunds. We will not be able to refund the amount.
  8. We will only be able to initiate your refund after receiving a receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the respective airline.
  9. Promo code discount and other discounts provided at the time of bookings will be deducted from the refund amount.
  10. The refund amount will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made for both credit cards and debit cards.
  11. The on-board meal amount is non-refundable. However, in case the flight is cancelled by the respective airline, the amount will be refunded.
  12. In case, the airline cancels the flight, full air ticket cost will be refunded to the passenger. This however, excludes the convenience fee charged by us at the time of booking.
  13. In case, the airline cancels the flight, the passenger needs to inform us for hassle-free refund process.
  14. In case, the airline discontinues its flight operations, we will not be accountable for any customer refunds wherein the same have not been refunded by the airlines.

We are not responsible for any airlines delay and default in the ticket refund procedure due to the uncertain turbulence in the global aviation industry. We can initiate the refund process only if the same have been refunded to us by the respective airline.

  7. Frequent flyer miles, meals and special service are on request basis only. They are subject to the respective airline terms and conditions and the passenger needs to get a confirmation from the airline on the same.

  9. We recommend all the passengers booking the international flight to ensure that they have relevant visa, transit visa (if applicable) and immigration clearance. Do check that your passport has a validity of at least 6 months as on the date of travel from India.
  10. We will charge a convenience fee for availing our services.
  11. We reserve the right to alter any kind of transaction fees from time to time, without any prior notice. The passenger shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees and taxes for availing our services while making the booking.
  12. We charge a non-refundable convenience fee, which shall be as per our internal management’s discretion. The same shall be displayed to the passenger at the time of booking.
  13. A printed copy of the e-ticket or e-ticket display on any electronic device or a hard copy of the ticket must be presented at the time of entry into the airport.

  15. We reserve the right to cancel any flight booking made by any travel agent using the promotional offers for business purpose without prior notice. Our promotional offers are only valid for bookings booked for personal travel.
  16. We are not responsible for any change in the flight schedule / flight cancellations/ stand byes due to any overbooking made by the airline after the issuance of your international air ticket. However, we will inform you of the changed schedule of your flight, if we get the information from the airline. We recommend that you to reconfirm your flight schedule 24 hours prior to your flight departure with the airline directly.
  17. You agree to receive transactional calls/sms by using our services.

  2. We recommend passengers to carry appropriate travel permission documents (valid passport, immigration clearance, visa etc) while checking-in at the airport. We are not responsible for any issues related to documentations.
  3. The airline may reserve the right to cancel a customer’s reservation if he/she does not comply with the check-in timelines.

  1. Insurance is a third party product and is subject to terms and conditions of the third party service provider. We will in no way be held liable to any deficiencies of service and/or in any dispute between the customer and the third party service provider.
  2. In case of rescheduling/cancellation of the ticket, we will cancel the insurance and refund the insurance amount back to customer through the same mode of payment as used while booking the tickets on our website.
  3. Applicable charges and the trips for which insurance is required.

Amendment policy:

  1. Our customer care team can assist you with amendments to your international flight bookings. However, in some cases, you will need to contact the respective airline directly.
  2. Every international airline ticket booked on the website is subject to amendment fee charged by the airline, which may differ with flight and booking class
  3. You can make amendments/change in your international air ticket bookings by calling us or emailing us 48 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure. To make amendments in less than 48 hours prior of the scheduled international flight, you need to call or directly get in touch with the respective airline. No other form of communications to cancel the booking will be entertained.
  4. All bookings made through us, can also be amended by calling up the respective airline call centre directly.

  5. Few airlines do not allow amendments or cancellations within 48 hours of the schedule flight departure and treats the booking as a ‘No Show’.
  6. In cases where we are not able to process the cancellation of the international air tickets, passengers have to directly get in touch with the airline. The cancellation depends on the airline terms and conditions.
  7. There will be no-refund for ‘no show’ or any partially unused flights.
  8. We will levy applicable charges per passenger for international flight ticket cancellation. This fee will be over and above the cancellation fee levied by the airline.
  9. If you have done a ‘Web/Tele Check-in’ with the airline, you have to get in touch with the airline for cancellation. We will not be able to cancel your international air ticket in this case.

  3. We shall be in a position to process customer refunds against international flight tickets only if the same have been refunded by the respective airline.

  5. No refunds will be made on the ‘Non-refundable’ fares.
  6. Any convenience fee paid by you for one-way international flight and for round trip international flights, paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee and same shall be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation requests.

  9. For partially utilized flight tickets (one sector flown and other sector cancelled), the refund will take anytime between 25 working days to 6 months depending on the airline.
  10. If the international ticket booking is cancelled directly with the airline, the refund process will take anytime between 15 days to 6 months depending on the airline processing time.
  11. If you have done a ‘web/tele check-in’ with the airline, you have to get in touch with the airline for refunds. We will not be able to refund the amount.
  12. We will only be able to initiate your refund after receiving a receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the respective airline.
  13. Promo code discount and other discounts provided at the time of bookings will be deducted from the refund amount.
  14. The refund amount will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made for credit cards, debit cards and net banking.
  15. The on-board meal amount is non-refundable. However, in case the flight is cancelled by the respective airline, the amount will be refunded.
  16. In case, the airline cancels the flight, full air ticket cost will be refunded to the passenger. This however, excludes the convenience fee charged by us at the time of booking.
  17. In case, the airline discontinues its flight operations, we will not be accountable for any customer refunds wherein the same have not been refunded by the airlines.

  19. The mode of payment for any refunds shall be in the same mode as payment received for the booking. We do not refund in cash mode.
